What shipping options are available?
When you shop, we offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. The page will display available shipping options based on your destination, which you can choose from.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Different shipping methods take different times. You can see the estimated time on the shipping selection page. Delivery time is generally 3-25 days, but may vary slightly depending on your destination country/region.
Can I see the shipping cost before confirming my order?
The system calculates the shipping cost when you add items to your cart, and you will see the cost directly.
When will my order ship?
Confirmed orders are usually processed within 7 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready to ship.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the package is shipped, the order is irrevocable and cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
If you receive an item with a serious manufacturing defect (such as a damaged product or missing parts), we will gladly replace it with the same undamaged item; if the item is no longer in stock, it can be replaced with another item of equal value, or you can get a refund. Please send all return inquiries to support@playeggss.com within five (7) days of receipt.
